Salary: 1300 +200 SAR (Food)

DUTY HOURS: 10 HRS  INCLUDING BREAK

AGE – 21– 30 YEARS

ACCOMMODATION, MEDICAL, TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.

WAITER JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Suggestively sell beverages and menu items

·         Responsible for having a strong food knowledge base very detailed understanding and memorization of the current menu items which include all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, food and specials

·         Attends the daily pre-shift meeting to learn any important daily information any other scheduled staff meetings

·         Complete all assigned pre-shift side duties in a timely manner

·         Stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware, setting, bussing and clearing tables, trash and recycling removal, expediting food, serving food and drinks, waiting tables

·         Must have explicit knowledge of the menus and be able to make recommendations answer questions regarding dish preparations

·         Duties include but are not limited to stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware

·         Monitor and observe guests’ dining experiences

·         Keeps the chefs and managers informed of any issues that might affect quality or timing of service

·         Wait on customers.
