Position: Team Leader

Salary & Benefits: 800 to 900 Euro + Overtime/Allowances

● Duty: 9 Hours (Shift-based)

● 6 days/week duty

● Employment Visa

● Contract Period – 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage shift planning, attendance, and team motivation.
• Conduct training and maintain operator skill maps.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct audits, and report near-misses.
• Oversee quality checks, scrap management, and process improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance and workplace organization.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in production.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of English / Bengali / Hindi / Uzbek is required.
