JOB DESCRIPTION

COOK

1.Candidates must have the knowledge of safety standards with

experience in grill, sandwich.

2.They must know English or Arabic.

3.Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partied.

4.Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

5.Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partied.

6.Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.

7.Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.

8.Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

9.Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.

10.Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Parties’ instructions.

STEWARD (DISH WASHER)

Clean and sanitize the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills.

Dish washing in the kitchen.

Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.

Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments in the dining area and kitchen.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Assist with other tasks as needed, such as setting up tables or assisting with food preparation.
