PROCESS TECHNICIAN WANTED FOR SAUDI ARABIA

Required for CARBON PLANT (ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY) for KSA

Position: PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Salary: 3000 – 5000 SAR

WORKING CONDITIONS: –

● Age Limit: 24 to 42 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Operational Control: Operate & monitor carbon plant equipment (mixers, presses, furnaces, rodding machines). Maintain parameters for green & baked anodes.

● Quality Assurance: Conduct sampling, testing, record data, ensure quality compliance.

● Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance, support preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/process faults.

● Safety: Follow MSHEM safety rules, ensure environmental compliance, support audits & incident reporting.

● Continuous Improvement: Support Lean/Six Sigma activities, suggest process improvements.

● Reporting: Maintain production logs, downtime records, prepare shift reports.

QUALIFICATION:

● Diploma / Associate Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Process Engineering

● 9+ years experience in Carbon Plant or heavy industrial operations

● Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, OSHA, Process Control Systems

SKILLS REQUIRED:

● Knowledge of carbon anode manufacturing, PLC/SCADA, thermodynamics

● Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication

● Safety-first mindset & adaptability
