Planning & Control Engineer Wanted

Salary: 4500 to 5000 SAR

Responsibilities:

●        Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

●        Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for the entire project

●        Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements and create detailed plans

●        Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan

●        Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights on project performance

●        Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks

●        Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any issues or conflicts

●        ensuring all activities are properly planned and sequenced

●        Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for project planning and control

●        Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and make decisions

●        Implement and maintain project control tools and systems

●        Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations

●        Provide support and guidance to the project team on planning and scheduling matters.

●        Continuously improve planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

●        Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

●        Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling with SEC

●        Strong knowledge of project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project

●        Experience in the construction industry,

●        Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.

●        Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
