Position: PETROL PUMP / STATION SUPERVISOR

Salary: SAR 1500 + 150

(INCLUSIVE OF FOOD ALLOWANCE)

● Qualification: Graduate

● Age Limit: 25 – 38 years

● Accommodation, Transportation and Medical provided by company.

● 10 hours duty

● 6 days/week duty

● Employment Visa

● Contract Period – 2 years

Description:

·        Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures.

·        Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff. Prepare work schedule to staff.

·        Control inventory and order as per requirements

·        Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management.

·        Train new and existing staff. Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.

·        Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.

·        Prepare, Compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work-related accidents.

·        At least (1) year working experience in the related field.

·        Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills
