FOR PATIENT CARE WORKER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT
• MUST HAVE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-BLS TRAINING CERTIFICATE VALID FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
• 5 hours of training on the support for daily life activities for people with disabilities or the elderly.
• Supervising that patients receive good care. Overseeing all daily operations of personal care work, ensuring smooth workflow, and that employees adhere to policies and procedures.
• Organizing and distributing personal care tasks, monitoring their execution, supervising staff during specified periods, and creating a weekly leave schedule for staff, to be approved by branch management
• Their work in the dormitories requires continuous inspection, supervision of residents’ personal service, accommodation, cleanliness, changing of linens, clothes, etc.
• Devising a plan for distributing materials to residents, supervising the distribution, ensuring their preservation, and coordinating with branch management.
