REQUIRED FOR A LEADING RESTAURANT IN SAUDI ARABIA

1) SR COOK

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the hot section. Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication.

Previous work experience in reputable hotels or restaurants is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

DUTY: 10 HOURS DUTY

Salary: 1600 to 1700 SAR + Food

Requirements: 25

 

2) COOK

Must have good communication skills in English or Arabic Must. Preferably having exp in any fast-food restaurant. Experience in the Hot or Grill section only with Min 2-4 yrs exp.

DUTY: 10 HOURS DUTY

Salary: 1400 to 1500 SAR + Food

Requirements: 25

 

3) STEWARD

DUTY: 12 HOURS DUTY

Salary: 1300 SAR + Food

Requirements: 09

 

4) STORE KEEPER

DUTY: 10 HOURS DUTY

Salary: 1500 SAR + Food

Requirements: 09

 

5) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Maintenance of refrigerators.

Maintenance of air conditioning systems.

DUTY: 10 HOURS DUTY

Salary: 2500 SAR + Food

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.      Candidates must have the knowledge of safety standards with experience in grill, sandwich.

2.      Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.

3.      Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

4.      Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.

5.      Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been    delivered and are of good quality.

6.      Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.

7.      Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

8.      Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.

10. Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Parties’ instructions.
