Position: Fleet Controller

Salary: Negotiable

Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Monitor and report daily fleet violations; coordinate with drivers for corrective actions.
• Track driver and vehicle idling, absences and misuse; escalate issues to supervisors.
• Ensure proper temperature control in trucks using onboard sensors.
• Monitor driver behaviour, including speed, geofence compliance, braking and parking.
• Manage GPS tracking system; generate and analyse daily KPI reports.
• Investigate customer and driver claims using trip data from the tracking system.
• Perform additional fleet – related tasks as assigned by management.
