Position: FEMALE PATIENT CARE WORKER 

(Ready to do cleaning of patient and patient’s room also)

Salary: SAR 1200

● Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience.

● Age 21 to 40 years.

● 8 hours duty

● 6 days/week duty

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·    HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT

·    MUST HAVE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-BLS TRAINING CERTIFICATE VALID FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

·    5 hours of training on the support for daily life activities for people with disabilities or the elderly.

·    Supervising that patients receive good care. Overseeing all daily operations of personal care work, ensuring

smooth workflow, and that employees adhere to policies and procedures.

·   Organizing and distributing personal care tasks, monitoring their execution, supervising staff during specified periods, and creating a weekly leave schedule for staff, to be approved by branch management

·   Their work in the dormitories requires continuous inspection, supervision of residents’ personal service, accommodation, cleanliness, changing of linens, clothes, etc.

·   Devising a plan for distributing materials to residents, supervising the distribution, ensuring their preservation, and coordinating with branch management.
