Job Description:

Responsible for providing personalized and specialized nursing care to patients in their homes or private settings. Nurses will work closely with patients and families to assess, plan, and implement appropriate nursing interventions to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments of patient health status (physical, psychological, social).

Develop and implement care plans based on doctor’s assessment.

Deliver medications, monitor vital signs, and perform medical treatments.

Regularly assess patient condition and modify care plans.

Collaborate with doctors, physicians, and healthcare staff.

Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.

Assist with daily living activities: toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming.

Maintain medical equipment and supplies.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient’s environment.

Manage patient’s travel, clothing, personal items, and medical supplies.
