Salary : USD 650 +250 USD MONTHLY VARIABLE BONUS

Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-3 years in a cold kitchen, particularly in bulk cooking for large events.
2. Skills: Knowledge of cold kitchen techniques, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
3. Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, good teamwork, and a commitment to high food standards.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Food Preparation: Prepare cold dishes (salads, sandwiches, appetizers) in bulk, following recipes and maintaining consistency.
2. Bulk Cooking: Assist in preparing dishes for large events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
3. Storage & Inventory: Manage stock, ensure proper food storage, and report shortages.
4. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards in the kitchen.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and assist in training junior team members.
6. Quality Control: Ensure cold dishes meet company standards for taste, presentation, and portion size.
Working Conditions :
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with some heavy lifting involved.
