COMMI 1 – HOT KITCHEN CONTINENTAL

Salary: 600 USD+USD 116 (FOOD ALLOWANCE)

Accommodation will be provided

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of Experience as Commi 1 within Continental Kitchen of well established properties like Taj, Marriot, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson Blu etc.
2. Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Related field is preferred.
3. Strong Knowledge on Continental Cusine and Knowledge about Multi Cusine.
4. Ability to handle Ala Carte Orders Simultaneously and are able to bring last minute modificationsor special request from guests.
5. Should have knowledge on Cold Kitchen as well.
6. Nationality must be Indian.

Additional Information
1. Duty Hours – 10 Hours
2. Contract Period : 2 Years
3. Sales Commission (Whenever outlet/ Outlets exceed sales targets)
