1) Position: Chef De Partie

No. Of openings: 05

Salary: 2500 SAR (Including Food)

  • Diploma / Field Training Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of Experience required in their relevant field.
  • Background in Hospitality such as Hotel, Restaurant or in Food Catering.
  • Knowledge about preparation , Cooking and dishing out.
  • Fast learner and ability to adopt in a demanding envirnment.
  • Ability to secure the operation is always in place and able manage a team.
  • HACCP Level II Course.

 

2) Position: Store Keeper

No. Of openings: 05

Salary: 2000 SAR (Including Food)

  • Diploma / Field Training Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience required in their relevant field
  • Background in Hospitality such as Hotel, Restaurant or in Food Catering.
  • Good moral character, obedient, hard working and service oriented.
  • High Stress tolerance.
  • Can read, write and  speak English.
  • Ability to work as part of  a team and to maintain the pace of  operation is required.
  • Entering and retrieving data using a computerized record system.
  • HACCP Course.

 

3) Position: Commis

Salary: 1500 SAR (Including Food)

  • Diploma / Field Training Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience required in their relevant field.
  • Interested in cookery and food production.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability  to work as part of  a team and  to maintain the pace of production is required.
  • An orientation to detail and the ability to quickly understand facts are required.
  • Entering and retrieving data  using a computerized records system.
  • HACCP Level I Course.
