Salary: SAR 1600 (INCLUSING FOOD)

JOB DETAILS:

Duty hours: 12 Hours including break &7 Days a Week.
Age Limit: 23 – 40 Years.
Facilities Provided: Free Accommodation, Medical & Transportation.
Contract Term : 2 Years (Renewable).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·       Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

·       Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to Shell Café standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and customer areas.

·       Follow food safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with company policies.

·       Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately.

·       Restock supplies and ingredients as needed and assist with inventory management.

·       Promote café products and provide recommendations to customers.

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBLITIES OF BARISTA AS STOCKER

·       Design and implement effective merchandise displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

·       Regularly replenish merchandise, ensuring all products are well-stocked and properly labelled.

·       Monitor and analyse sales trends, making recommendations for product placement and promotion strategies.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.

·       Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate stock records.
