Qualification: Bcom/Mcom graduate with computer literacy

Role: Must have experience in administrative, secretarial, computer operations and/or allied positions with an ability to perform various statistical reports, data analysis and summaries using financial and other relative reference data as a source material, office procedures, timekeeping and clerical duties, using computerized methods of operation, in large commercial organizations. Must be proficient in a variety of software programs such as Microsoft Words, Office Excel, Outlook, Photo Shop and Power Point. Shall able to type 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy and have experience in coordinating all office duties such as filing, faxing, e-mailing, call reception, ordering supplies, keeping inventory, making appointments, handling complaints, organizing schedules, monitoring budget, filling out time sheets and assisting as needed throughout the operation. Must have knowledge in SAP system and developing websites and can easily read and understand technical documents in English.
