Technical Office Engineer Wanted for Saudi Arabia

we need Technical Office Engineer .

Salary 5000 To 10000 SAR

• Qualifications and Experience:
  ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  ✔ At least 10 years of experience managing technical offices in the construction sector.
  ✔ Proficiency in preparing shop drawings and coordinating between various disciplines.
  ✔ Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and standard specifications.
  ✔ Experience in contract and claims management according to FIDIC standards.
  ✔ Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate with consulting firms.

Required Professional Certifications:

PMP – Project Management Professional
Primavera P6 – Project Planning and Management
BIM Professional (Revit and Navisworks) – Building Information Modeling
Value Engineering (VE) – Cost and Value Analysis
Certified CCP – Cost Management

• Required Software Skills:
•  AutoCAD
•  Revit / BIM 360
•  Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
•  Navisworks Management
•  Advanced Excel / Power BI
•  Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (SAP or Oracle)
