Urgent Requirement – South Indian Cook 
Company: New Center Trading & Engineering Services (NCTES)
Location: Qatar

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as South Indian Cook.
• Expertise in authentic South Indian dishes (Idli, Dosa, Sambhar, Curries, etc.).
• Able to handle bulk cooking and maintain hygiene standards.
• GCC experience preferred.

● Online Interview

● 8 hours duty

● 6 days/week duty

● Employment Visa

● Contract Period – 2 years

Weekly Mess Menu Sample (to be prepared by cook):

• Daily Breakfast: Milk Tea, Khubus, Paratha/Puri, Veg Curries (Kerala Chana, Green Peas, White Chana, etc.)
• Lunch & Dinner: Rice, Daal, Sambhar, Rasam, Veg Sabzi (Palak, Bhindi, Bitter Gourd, Brinjal, Mixed Veg, etc.)
• Non-Veg: Chicken (5 times weekly), Fish (3 times weekly), Beef (2 times monthly), Mutton (1 time monthly), Chicken Liver, Egg, Paneer.
• Sweets twice a month (Semiya Payasam, Rawa Halwa).
• Fruits included (Apple, Banana, Orange).
