EXPERIENCE:
- INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FOOD PRODUCTION OR MANUFACTURING, ESPECIALLY IN FROZEN READY MEALS OR SIMILAR FOOD PRODUCTS.
- SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL ROLE, INCLUDING OVERSIGHT OF PRODUCTION TEAMS AND OPERATIONS.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS SUCH AS HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, ETC.
- UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
- FAMILIARITY WITH LEAN MANUFACTURING PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES.
- EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS SUCH AS ORACLE, SAP, OR SIMILAR PLATFORMS.
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
- ABILITY TO LEAD, MOTIVATE, AND MANAGE A TEAM.
- DECISION-MAKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES.
