Position: Production Supervisor

Salary: SAR 3500

Job Description:

● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biochemistry, Food Science & Technology, ● ● ●

● Microbiology, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage industry, preferably in bottled water production.

● HACCP or ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management).

● Manage all production activities including water processing, bottling, labeling and packaging.

● Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

● Ensure products meet health, safety, and quality standards (e.g., NAFDAC or ISO).

● Monitor production schedules and implement cost-effective strategies to meet output targets.

● Knowledge of bottling machinery and production software (e.g., ERP systems).

● Manage raw material and packaging inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
