Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Qatar
Salary: 3000 – 3500 QAR

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with technicians.

Supervise repair of heavy machinery (cranes, bulldozers, excavators, forklifts, trailers, etc.).

Lead technician teams, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed on time.

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Manage spare parts inventory and work with procurement.

Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and documentation.

Provide training and technical guidance to the team.

Required Qualifications:

7–10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.

At least 2–4 years in a supervisory role.

Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Experience with equipment brands: CAT, KOMATSU, XCMG, FOTON, ISUZU, VOLVO, SCANIA, MERCEDES, MAN, or similar.

Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

Strong reporting/documentation skills.

Leadership and coordination abilities.
