• Very good English level, especially in talking.
• High communication skills, since the communication of this position with various departments is key, whether on the phone or via email.
• High computer skills and email usage.
• High worked before as a cost controller in restaurants or maybe in a factory where he was used to create/enter recipes/batches on the system.
• He worked before directly with food suppliers.
• Organized and able to stick to tracking systems and keeping records.
• Physical documentation management.
• Inventory management.
• SFDA Experience is a plus.
• Food safety knowledge.
• Ordering/receiving experience.
• As for the certificate we are open for technical certificate but the most important is the experience in the field.

Position: Kitchen In Charge/Kitchen Supervisor

Salary: SAR 3500 (Including Food) + 300 (Allowance) = Total – SAR 300
