IN SAUDI ARABIA ON BAREZ VISA

VISA READY, IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT

Position: DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE(DCDP) Must have good communication skills in English or Arabic Must. Preferably having exp in any fast-food restaurant. Experience in the Hot or Grill section only with Min 2-4 yrs exp.

Salary: 1400 – 1600 SAR + Food

Education/Eligibility: Must have good communication skills in English or Arabic Must.

Experience: 2 – 4 years

·       AGE – 23 TO 37 YEARS

·       Duty: 10 Hours

·       ENGLISH OR ARABIC MUST

·       EXPERIENCE IN THE HOT OR GRILL SECTION ONLY.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.        Candidates must have the knowledge of safety standards with

experience in grill, sandwich.

2.        Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.

3.        Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

4.        Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.

5.        Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been    delivered and are of good quality.

6.        Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.

7.        Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms,   refrigerators, and freezers.

8.        Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.

10.Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Parties’ instructions.
