WAREHOUSE KEEPER

SALARY: 1400+200 OR (FOOD)

·         DUTY – 10 HOURS (INCLUDING BREAK)

·         AGE – 25 – 32 YRS

·         CONTRACT – 02 YEARS

·         ACCOMODATION, TRANSPORTATION & MEDICAL PROVIDED BY COMPANY

MUST COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH OR ARABIC

Baker Responsibilities:
Dough Preparation: Preparing various doughs according to specified recipes and standards, including bread, cakes, and pastries.
Baking: Properly operating ovens and other equipment to ensure products are baked to the required specifications.
Decorating and Packaging: Decorating bread and pastries (if necessary) and packaging products attractively.
Quality Control: Inspecting final products to ensure they meet standards in terms of appearance, taste, and quality.
Inventory Management: Monitoring ingredient quantities used in the bakery and placing supply orders as needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping equipment and the work area clean, and ensuring tools and equipment are regularly maintained.
Following Health Guidelines: Adhering to all health and safety guidelines related to baking, including personal hygiene and wearing protective clothing.

 

Required Qualifications:
Experience in baking and dough preparation.
Knowledge of various types of bread and pastries and their preparation methods.
Ability to work with different baking equipment and ovens.
Commitment to health and food safety standards.
Personal Skills:
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
Creativity in preparing recipes.
Physical stamina to stand and work for long periods.

Warehouse Keeper Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods: Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and invoices.
Inventory Organization: Arranging and storing goods in designated areas within the warehouse, following proper methods to ensure easy access.
Inventory Management: Recording stock movements and overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate quantities, preparing periodic inventory reports.
Issuance and Distribution: Preparing and delivering requested goods and materials to other departments or customers according to approved requisitions.
Periodic Stocktaking: Conducting regular stock checks to reconcile with official records and correcting any discrepancies.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized, adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
Coordination with Other Departments: Communicating with various departments to meet their material needs in a timely manner.

 

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Good knowledge of storage methods and inventory management.
Ability to use inventory management systems and related software.
